Jello Shots

Ingredients

1 large box of Jell-O (Not sugar free) ¾ c. hot water
¾ c. liquor

Directions

  1. Margarita Jello Shots by Weekend! on FlickrBasically make the Jell-O per the instructions on the box, with the exception that you use ¾ of the total liquid. 
  2. Mix the jello powder with ¾ c. of hot water (instead of a full cup) & dissolve completely. 
  3. Instead of adding cold water & the liquor of your choice, but only ¾ of a cup.
  4. Pour into plastic 1 oz condiment cups, available at most restaurant supply shops, & let sit in the refrigerator for 24 hours before serving.

Suggested Jello / Liquor combinations:
Cherry with Southern Comfort
Black Cherry with Southern Comfort
Blue Raspberry with Absolut
Orange with Absolut

Chocolate Cake Shot

Ingredients

¾ oz Frangelico ¾ oz vodka (good stuff)
1 lemon wedge Sugar

Directions

  1. Combine vodka & Frangelico in shaker. Shake very well. Strain into shot glass. Coat lemon wedge in sugar.
  2. Shoot drink, then bite into lemon wedge. If made correctly, you will have the after taste of chocolate cake. The cool part is, there is no chocolate in the drink.
  3. If you want a German chocolate cake, substitute Malibu for the vodka.

Margaritas

Ingredients

Ice, cubed or crushed 1 (6 oz) can frozen limeade concentrate
6 oz tequila 2 oz triple sec

Directions

  1. Semi-thaw the can of limeade so it’s slushy. 
  2. Fill your blender up to the very top with ice. 
  3. Pour in the alcohol (it’ll melt down the ice) & the can of limeade. 
  4. Blend until smooth.

Creamy Raspberry Punch

Ingredients

2 (64 fl oz) bottles Raspberry Cream Soda 1 (12 fl oz) can Frozen Concentrated Raspberry Juice
½ gal Vanilla Ice Cream  Raspberries

Directions

  1. In a large bowl combine both bottles of raspberry cream soda & raspberry juice concentrate. 
  2. Stir until concentrate is dissolved. 
  3. Carefully add ice cream. Stir briefly. 
  4. Best served chilled.  Garnish with raspberries.

Schuylkill Punch, or, Baptist Punch

Ingredients

46 oz can pineapple juice 64 oz bottle grape juice
2 ltr bottle lemon lime soda or ginger ale Ice or Orange Sherbet or Raspberry Sherbet

Directions

  1. Put ice in punch bowl. 
  2. Pour grape juice in first, then the other two. 
  3. Let sit for awhile before the event. 
  4. The punch gets better as it blends.
