| • Note the number of servings | • Send phoney recipes of random ingredients |
| • Be concise in your directions | • Write your directions like Emeril |
| • Include a full ingredient list | • Overcomplicate the directions |
If you are submitting a recipe for the Downlow, our healthy section, please be sure to include the health facts (carbs, calories, fat, etc) for the listing.
