Serves Approx. 24

1lb. ground sirloin 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 large egg ½ c. Italian bread crumbs
¼ c. shredded Romano, Parmesan, & Asiago cheese blend 1 tsp McCormick California Style Crushed Garlic
salt & pepper

1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
3. Roll into ½” balls.
4. Place on greased sheet or shallow pan.
5. Bake 10-12 minutes, until no longer pink.

Halibut Fingers

1lb. Halibut, cut into 1″ by 3″ strips 1 stick melted butter
1 tbsp garlic powder 2 c. saltine cracker crumbs
½ c. Parmesan cheese

Combine garlic powder with melted butter. Combine parmesan cheese with the cracker crumbs. Dunk halibut fingers into garlic butter mixture, then dredge into cracker/cheese coating. Bake on foil lined cookie sheet at 425°F for 5-10 minutes.
