Ingredients
1lb. Halibut, cut into 1″ by 3″ strips | 1 stick melted butter | |
1 tbsp garlic powder | 2 c. saltine cracker crumbs | |
½ c. Parmesan cheese |
Directions
- Combine garlic powder with melted butter.
- Combine Parmesan cheese with the cracker crumbs. Dunk halibut fingers into garlic butter mixture, then dredge into cracker/cheese coating.
- Bake on foil lined cookie sheet at 425°F for 5-10 minutes.
