Yields 18 Muffins
Ingredients
1 jar Chocolate Chip Muffin Mix | 1 c. canned pumpkin (not pie filling) | |
¾ c. milk | 6 tbsp melted butter | |
2 eggs |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease or line a muffin pan with paper baking cups.
- Pour contents of jar into large bowl, add all ingredients, & blend.
- Spoon batter into muffin cups, filling 2/3 full.
- Bake 15-17 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in pans 10 minutes, then remove onto wire rack to cool completely.
